These terms apply when you use the Modavax storefront, vehicle-part detection, visual try-on, fitment inquiry, or related services.

Visual previews

Try-on results are illustrative concepts. Detection and generated imagery can be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee physical fitment, finish, installation outcome, or product availability.

Fitment and purchasing

Confirm model year, trim, options, installation requirements, and product compatibility before purchase. Modavax may require manual review when fitment data is incomplete. Checkout, payment, taxes, and applicable order policies are handled through the connected commerce provider.

Acceptable use

• Upload only images you are authorized to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass access controls.
• Do not use generated previews to misrepresent a vehicle, product, or completed installation.

Service availability

Features may be changed, paused, or removed while the platform and model coverage develop. We may limit requests to protect the service and processing computer.
