This notice explains what information Modavax uses when you browse the storefront, submit a fitment inquiry, or create a visual try-on preview.

Vehicle photos and previews

Vehicle-part detection runs in your browser. A photo is sent to the Modavax processing computer only when you request a generated try-on preview. Hosted generation files are scheduled for deletion within 48 hours, and the studio also provides a manual delete action.

Contact and order information

We store information you submit, such as your email address, fitment details, and inquiry notes, so we can respond and support the requested service. Checkout and payment details are handled by the connected Shopify checkout.

Operational data

We may retain security, rate-limit, and service logs needed to protect the platform, diagnose failures, and maintain reliable processing. We do not sell vehicle photos or contact information.

Your choices

• Use browser detection without requesting a hosted generation.
• Delete hosted generation files from the studio when the delete action is available.
• Contact us to ask about stored inquiry information.
